Last year my Christmas card message read, “Getting ready for a surreal 2020”.
I had no idea just how surreal 2020 would become.
So this year I simply say, “May you all find love and happiness in 2021” and hope that this too will come true.

Finally, finally I feel my recovery and rehabilitation is in full swing. I have discovered that after major surgical work it’s not so much a matter of returning to normality as building an alternative life. All this upheaval is not condusive to the creative process and it all takes so damn long to settle down.
Thank you again to everyone who has supported me; your kind words, help, patronage and above all friendship continue to make creating my art possible.

This year has been very quiet for me as I’ve been recovering from some serious health issues. I’m looking forward to my return to (ab)normality in 2018. I have just finished a series of catalogue photoshoots for www.rubberluv.co.uk and although I don’t usually make my commercial work the subject of my update news I’m doing so here for a number of reasons. Firstly I am proud of the images, secondly because the clothes are beautifully designed and made; and finally because they are friends.
