I’m delighted to announce my solo exhibition “Neon Lights” opens on May 22nd 2012 at the World Erotic Art Museum and remains on display until the end of June.
The World Erotic Art Museum (WEAM) on Miami’s South Beach is home to the Dr. Naomi Wilzig collection of erotica, the greatest collection of fine art erotica in the U.S. Following hot on the heels of exhibitions by Rembrandt and Tom of Finland is “Neon Lights”, my first U.S. solo exhibition featuring an eye-catching selection of my erotic UV images. Dr. Wilzig is acknowledged as one of the nation’s preeminent collectors of erotic art and has personally curated this exhibition. Further information can be found at www.weam.com.

“Without a doubt Robert’s most amazing and unique work is his UV work, every one I show it to loves it, it’s where he really stands apart form the others and it’s very safe to display as its sexual messages are very subtle. His images have a unique and very visual power, they leap away from the conventional, especially the amazing colours he generates with the use of UV. I think he is very much a master of this very 21st century erotic art.”

“It is fascinating how an artist can take a mundane image or photo, add a strategic splash of color, and give it new meaning and life. That is what Robert Babylon has done with his use of Neon Lights.”
